The sources in this article were not really usable, per guidelines. I've found a few that are more helpful, but better ones are needed. I also removed a lot of promotional language, which is not appropriate for Wikipedia. Grayfell (talk) 01:12, 28 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Year of construction for Wilfandel Clubhouse (J.P. Clark House)

See https://www.wilfandelclub.com/history. This site places the year of construction for the house as 1908 and, furthermore, says it was built by J. Percy Clark as his family residence; no mention made to Ramon Novarro, no mention of architect. Another site, www.savingplaces.org gives 1912 as year of construction.
