I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: Great job. Have you considered nominating this for DYK?

I have not, but I would be up for it.IrishSurfer21 (talk) 21:31, 10 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

The article fulfills all the standards for a DYK, being new, long, and interesting enough. I'll accept it. OhHaiMark (talk) 12:10, 11 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@IrishSurfer21 and OhHaiMark: looks like it was just one croc sighting at the beach? also, i know we can't make up graphics, but it's criminal that we couldn't have one with a croc in beach shorts with sunglasses and a piña colada with a straw... theleekycauldron (talk • she/her) 10:13, 31 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@OhHaiMark: As the original reviewer, can you determine if the issues have been resolved, and if this is article is approved? @Theleekycauldron: Have your concerns been addressed? Z1720 (talk) 15:51, 21 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I suppose so. Despite not being as surprising as I initially thought, a crocodile sighting is still, in my opinion, unique enough for a DYK. OhHaiMark (talk) 18:19, 21 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Just noting that although no QPQ is needed for this nom, the one you're trying to use is the one this comment belongs to. (And frankly, show me a Creative Commons image as described by Theleekycauldron and I'm IARing.) Please add an icon.--Launchballer 20:45, 21 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Does this really need an article?

[edit]

It only caused 6 fatalities, which almost every land falling tropical storm has done, and the only major impact was flooding, which is common with tropical cyclones. This is not very notable and everything here can be summarized on 2024 Atlantic hurricane season. 2603:80A0:17F0:B60:6977:125E:19C1:60B5 (talk) 13:47, 28 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

This article has 4 large paragraphs in the “Effects” section, and also having six fatalities more than meets the requirements for a tropical cyclone article.IrishSurfer21 (talk) 21:54, 28 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
