I think the reasons for removal are not sufficiently justified because (1) English sources is not needed (2) Primary sources may be a starting point for improvement, so cannot be discarded without discussion, and (3) and most importantly, merger into the Erasmus Programme article may solve (as good as) all problems (e.g. notability), hence deletion is over the top at this stage.
