Questionable event withdrawn

I have been adding information from Barrie Trinder' A History of Shropshire, published 1983, but I have since noticed at least one inaccuracy which has caused me to withdraw this statement dated to 1645;

In May during the campaign leading to the Battle of Naseby, the king visited Shrewsbury and Prince Rupert Newport.

However, Shrewsbury had fallen to Parliament in February 1644/45 so I suspect the year is an error.Cloptonson (talk) 13:40, 2 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
