Carteret County News-Times Salute article- The rescue medic is Keith Oates

Because the reference is not archived, here it is in part for the facts. "Though not a parade grand marshal, another very, very important person who will at the parade with Mr. Hernandez is Keith Oates, Morehead City. Mr. Oates was an Army medic in Korea. Finding a pulse in Mr. Hernandez’s comatose, wounded body on the morning after the attack, Mr. Oates sent him to a field hospital, saving his life." ....SaluteGodspeed John Glenn! Made edit to improve article

Sorry, but Hernández was a Mexican-American and proud of it. As you know unfortunately here in the United States people are classified by their heritage, example: African-American, Italian-American, Irish-American and so on. Wikipedia is a encyclopedia where we provide the reader with as much information as possible about our subjects and that includes the subjects heritage. Rodolfo P. Hernández is not to be confused with Rodolfo K. Hernandez, and he is not a graduate of Girard College in Philadelphia.--Dthomsen8 (talk) 13:02, 6 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
