Curious why anonymous users, most recently 76.173.18.129, keep removing the Jackie Enx reference on the Rhino Bucket page. Her sex reassignment surgery was widely reported and does not appear to be in dispute.
A few sources that refer to her transgender status: http://www.acetate.com/bands/rhinobucket/bio.html (their record label) http://www.metalsludge.tv/home/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=1438&Itemid=42 http://www.metalsludge.tv/home/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=424&Itemid=37 http://www.sleazeroxx.com/bands/rhinobucket/rhinobucket.shtml http://www.answers.com/topic/rhino-bucket |

- I removed a Jackie Enx reference but left others intact. The reason for this is because when discussing, as example, a 1990 studio album, the album credits say it as Liam Jason. But through the history of the band Liam Jason was later known as Jackie Enx. My feeling is that items that are time specific, such as the 1990 or 2006 album, only the timed name is used. But things that are more time generic, such as 'past members', should include both names.
- When I do this stuff, I try to take out certain precursors. For example, sexual reassignment. Remove that from the conversation and just go with someone changing their name. Prince changed his name, you don't mention the unpronouncable symbol in the Purple Rain page because he was Prince at the time. Or Gene Simmons, you don't mention Chaim Witz on every KISS album, just Gene Simmons.
- And that is how I came up with my edits - TIME.
- Especially in a place like Hollywood where people change their name repetitively. Each page doesn't need a laundry list of people's pseudonyms, just the relevant names to that particular page. Ovallyric (talk) 17:17, 6 July 2016 (UTC)
