Should Mention of Rizin be forbidden as a fork of Radare2?

[edit]

To many, the Radare2 fork, by Radare2 developers, that became Rizin is a notable historical event for Radare2. Further, Cutter abandoned Radare2 and adopted Rizin - again, a notable historical event of Radare2. Shouldn't these historical events for Radare2 be mentioned on the Radare2 wiki page?

Note that I have no relation to Radare2, nor Rizin, nor Cutter, nor any product! I'm just a student who has a keen interest in the accuracy and thoroughness of online information sources, like Wikipedia. If I promote anything, it's just accurate information sharing. And yet, looking at the history of the Radare2 wiki page, a few others want to suppress this portion of Radare2 history. I don't know why they wish to suppress this history (their edit summaries are either inaccurate or irrelevant), but here the question should be what is correct for Wikipedia.

Rather than editing, re-editing, undo-ing, reverting, etc., ad infinitum, perhaps an understanding can be reached where the principals and guidelines of Wikipedia are respected. How should we proceed? Rick21784 (talk) 09:23, 10 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

InfoBox graphic is not Iaito (as labeled)

[edit]

Looking at the PNG File:CutterUiScreenshot2.png, it clearly shows in the lower left panel, "Welcome to Cutter!" Shouldn't a graphic labeled Iaito actually be Iaito? Rick21784 (talk) 09:36, 10 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Both "Java virtual machine" and "Java Bytecode" among supported instruction sets

[edit]

These two entries seem to refer to the same thing. Should one of them be deleted? Mb720 (talk) 19:41, 18 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
