Consider adding India to the list of countries
[edit]Corruption is a major issue in India that adversely affects the country's economy. Not only has it held the economy back from reaching new heights, but this rampant corruption has also stunted India's development. According to 2016 results of Corruption Perception Index of Transparency International, India ranks 79th place out of 176 countries. The causes of corruption in India include excessive regulations, complicated tax and licensing systems, numerous government departments each with opaque bureaucracy , monopoly of government controlled institutions on certain goods and services delivery, the lack of transparent laws and processes and most importantly, a poor Law and Order system that is filled with bribery and police misconduct.
UK corruption percentages
[edit]At the beginning of the UK section, there is a series of percentages, but they do not appear to give any context. Are they the percentage of corruption cases by category in a particular report, year or place?

Making New Articles
[edit]Hi!
At the beginning of the homepage, there's an alert from Wikipedia saying that the article is too long and difficult to navigate. I think that by making the Prevalence by Country section either is own article and incorporating all the countries; or by giving each country their own article. The only issue with giving each country their own article is that this would be quite time consuming and there would need to be an entire homepage change.
Let me know what everyone thinks!
Thank you! CaitlynCavalllaro (talk) 17:48, 9 April 2024 (UTC)
