Open access repositories in India

On 12 October 2019‎ user: Randykitty removed the text mentioning about IndiaRxiv, preprints and he made remarks "promotional, crappy English". If that is correct. He should have helped the text to be revised and that "crappy English' should have been corrected. But he did not do it.
