:) -- well caught!

This is the sort of thing that Richard Lederer likes to write about in his "Crazy English" commentaries.

MacAddictMacLifeMac|Life issue 1 has reached at least some subscribers (including me), and the www.macaddict.com site now redirects to www.maclife.com, but do we want to keep separate articles for each? Hawaiian717 00:29, 10 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Why rebrand?

What's the motivation behind the name change? --24.249.108.133 05:31, 17 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

macaddict was a relic from the evangelistic 90s. now that apple is mainstream again, maclife is a better fit —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.125.110.223 (talk) 18:12, 25 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Typo in Date of Last MacAddict Issue

[edit]

The article says the last issue of MacAddict, before it changed to Mac|Life, was “January 2006.” Should that read, instead, “January 2007?” I would make the change myself, but I have no personal knowledge in this matter, and my Google search for this specific information yielded only this article. MacAddict ran 112 issues (from 1996.09-2005.12 inclusive), AFAIR – at least those are the copies I have digitised. Someone else may have to confirm if there was a year off between 2006.01-2007.01, with issue 1 starting 2007.02 (with a peel-off sticker on cover to reveal "...Life"!) to present.
