Rename to singular
[edit]While the general rule is that articles should be singular, it is not an absolute rule. The article lists types of legal acts of the European Union and distinguishes between them, it is not about one specific type. — Blue-Haired Lawyer t 22:22, 11 September 2019 (UTC)
- @Blue-Haired Lawyer: Yes, there are different types of legal acts in the European Union, but
- there are multiple types of legal instruments, the article is called Legal instrument
- there are multiple types of legal transactions, the article is called Legal transaction
- it is not uncommon/absolutely acceptable to use the phrase in singular like "the General Data Protection Regulation is a Legal Act of the European Union"
- The DAB page Legal act is singular as well
- Therefore I'd like to propose to follow the standard singular convention here as well.
- Thanks, --S.K. (talk) 05:39, 17 September 2019 (UTC)
