Charles, I thought you understood that the purposes of having a talk page are to discuss article problems/improvements. It is therefore incorrect to say that any article "deserves" a talk page because if edits can be agreed upon and consensuses formed without taking items to the talk page, then all the better. Please stop starting talk page discussions with statements like, "This article deserves to have a talk page." If you have specific issues or changes in mind, post them here. If not, then there is no need to start a talk page unless and until such issues or changes need to be addressed and discussed.
