POV
[edit]The tone of this article is biased. Not everyone supported separate development, obviously, but the territory was nonetheless legally independent. To refer to independence in quote marks is POV. To describe Transkei as a puppet state is also questionable. The political automony of its rulers was fairly clear. The alliance with PAC interests, regular conflict with RSA policy, support of the majority of the US congress for recognizing Transkei independence, are all relevant here.203.184.41.226 (talk) 05:17, 1 April 2013 (UTC)
Misspelling
[edit]Matanzima was not a mis-spelling of the name. It was the conventional spelling at the time. Matanzima's own biography spelled his name this way. His relations all spell their names Matanzima.203.80.61.102 (talk) 20:29, 5 September 2017 (UTC)
