Protestant-bashing
[edit]If there's no objection I'm going to add Rubin's quote:
"David Trimble is pretty much alone, he is the only one. He's a protestant, they traditionally go with the Conservatives. David Trimble is a crankpot." [1]
Dismissing someone because of their religion on TV should be highlighted. Starviking (talk) 10:34, 23 May 2008 (UTC)
Being a 'Democrat' and a bigot is pretty standard stuff. Anyway, this joker is not very bright - he 'thinks' that the Iran deal is excellent.
Economic Advisor to Barack Obama
[edit]Yesterday this article was edited to say that Rubin is an economic advisor to Barack Obama. I believe that that is incorrect, that the James Rubin who is serving as an economic advisor (or at least a "headhunter)is James S. Rubin, the son of Robert Rubin who is a Wall Street investment banker and also did fund raising for Obama. The NYT article in the list of sources originally gave his name as James P. Rubin, but it has since been corrected to James S. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.59.193.119 (talk) 08:54, 25 November 2008 (UTC)
