Family
[edit]George is the father of three sons, Dion Williams (oldest), George Scott III and Brain Scott. His grandson Deion Williams, is an outstanding shortstop prospect (2011 grad) at Redan High School, the alma mater of major leagues Brandon Phillips, Wally Joyner, Everett Stull and Milt Hill and other minor leagues (19). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.206.216.99 (talk) 16:39, 1 March 2009 (UTC)

Career
[edit]In the first paragraph under the "Career" section, I corrected his stats for 1966; according to the line in the Baseball Reference link, Scott hit 27 home runs (had read 27 RBIs) & had 90 RBI. BubbleDine (talk) 02:24, 24 March 2022 (UTC)
