For consistency with other Mali regional articles, I've moved this back to "Gao Region"; unless another country shows up with a Gao Region, I don't think we're going to need to specify that it's in Mali in the article title. Of course, if there's a compelling reason to have this specified there, let me know and I'll be happy to change it back... --Dvyost 21:50, 25 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]
