Today I was listening to "Fresh", sort of a Thelonious Monk tribute from 1975 by the American tenor sax player. Was I ever surprised to see a later recording of the saxophonist Frank Lowe mentioned as the work of advertising agency founder Frank Lowe!Ccex15:54, 24 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
To say the least. I guess the article needs splitting in two. I have no idea if the ad agency guy deserves a wiki page but the saxophonist certainly does. --ND19:33, 2 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
In the advertising business, an 'advertiser' means a corporate client, who employs an advertising agency - as reflected in the 'Incorporated Society of British Advertisers' (ISBA). Lowe was an advertising agency chairman, and should probably be designated as 'Ad agency chief' or 'Advertising tycoon'. Valetude (talk) 00:20, 17 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
