is the book good?

[edit]

ANyone read it?--Dangerous-Boy 11:54, 14 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This is a book with a a lot of information, and I have a copy of the same. I have been reading it for last few weeks. --Bhadani 13:12, 14 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Based on the information available in the book, I propose to expand the contents of several stubs relating to Hinduism. I could create stubs today about a number of Puranas based on this book only. Further, I find several other topics which are yet to be covered relating to Hinduism and Hindu mythology, which I propose to do based on the information available in the book. --Bhadani 13:16, 14 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I would like to give a link: Dictionary. However, there is a problem: to understand the matter dealt in the book, one must have a basic ideas about Hinduism, and Hindu mythology. --Bhadani 13:19, 14 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I meant as in purchasing it. --Dangerous-Boy 23:18, 14 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I see. I think there may be several other books of the same standard. In case, you desire to have a copy, you may have one, but it is not a must. The book has alphabetical entries, and unless one has a bit of background of Hinduism, it may be difficult to follow some of the contents. Purchasing may not be necessary as during next few weeks, say by March 2006, I shall transfer all the important contents of the book here, in a fresh avatar. --Bhadani 06:01, 15 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]
