merge proposal

[edit]

Coquitlam Express should be merged here. It's the same team, just moved to a different arena. And the Coquitlam article is just a stub anyway. Canuckle 00:09, 5 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Completely agree. DMighton 02:12, 5 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I also agree. Canuck85 06:45, 1 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I created the article, but you're correct, it should be merged. It should have only been a separate article if the team had folded. Someone want to do it? Greg Salter (talk) 18:40, 9 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Aaaaand it looks like we'll be moving the article back to Coquitlam at the end of the season. Greg Salter (talk) 23:02, 15 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Burnaby Express RBC 2006 Champions.jpg

[edit]

Image:Burnaby Express RBC 2006 Champions.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

It's late, I'm tired. I've removed the content from the old Coquitlam Express redirect page, so that should be removed shortly, and then this article can get moved to Coquitlam Express. Don't forget the "What Links Here" page, lotsa stuff. Also, does anyone have a high-quality image of the new logo they can put up? Greg Salter (talk) 06:57, 15 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

User:Djsasso will probably move it if you request it on his talk page. He's really great about hockey-related items. DMighton (talk) 11:08, 15 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Sounds good. The old Coquitlam Express page has now been deleted, so this can be moved at any time. I've also uploaded a small version of the new logo, but if anyone gets a larger version, please add it. Greg Salter (talk) 13:53, 15 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
