2.1.1 Varieties - Arabica vs Robusta

"Arabica dominates both Brazil and the world as a whole with about 85% of the production; robusta accounts for the remaining 30%."

I haven't corrected this, as I don't know which figure is correct. But it certainly doesn't add up.
