[edit]This article follows WikiProject Electronic music and most references here are notable enough to be listed as 'news coverage' in the 'Electronic music sources' section. Nevertheless, here is a list of most references (without a Wikipedia page) used in this article with an 'about us' page which would have a list of editorial staff showing that these sources are not just blogs and have some sort of editorial oversight or staff:

- I don't think you understand what editorial oversight means at all. Of course all sites have staff, websites don't create themselves. This is a clear cut case of WP:BOMBARD almost all the references are PR announcements of singles or albums and the rest is Top Ten Must hear album blog drab. All of which lack depth, reliability and fully fail to demonstrate notability. This article should continue to be declined in the state it is in. Sulfurboy (talk) 09:43, 5 April 2020 (UTC)
- @Sulfurboy: Can you prove that? It just sounds like you scanned through like 3 references, got the wrong impression, then declined it. Pretty much every source here has been previously discussed as being notable by the Electronic music WikiProject group. This includes Billboard, Dancing Astronaut, Your EDM, and DJ Mag.

Final comments and verdict
[edit]- On hold but I noticed an issue throughout was referring to Joyryde by his real name too much, kudos for your quick responses so far though! --K. Peake 20:19, 12 October 2020 (UTC)

- ... that the cover art for Joyryde's album Brave features an X-ray of Mexican painter Frida Kahlo (pictured), taken following a bus accident she suffered at age 18?
- Comment: Hook is essentially a copy and paste from the "Release and promotion" portion of the article (source can be found there too). Alt hook's source can be found near the end of the "Recording" sub-section.
Improved to Good Article status by MicroPowerpoint (talk). Self-nominated at 09:25, 13 October 2020 (UTC).
- GA since 13/10. Article long enough, sourced, neutral and plagiarism free. Hooks sourced in article and interesting, but next time please attach the sources. Image in the article are either fair use or free. QPQ not required. Corachow (talk) 13:10, 19 October 2020 (UTC)
- Hi, I came by to promote this, and did some editing to remove the awkward phrasing and just quote the source directly. More needs to be done in the Critical reception section. If the source uses the word "monster", you cannot write your own sentence using that word in Wikipedia's voice; it must be in quotes. Alternately, of course, you can choose a different word or phrase. Please go over each reference in this section to make sure you are not closely paraphrasing the sources. Thanks, Yoninah (talk) 18:57, 19 October 2020 (UTC)
- @Yoninah: Followed your advice and did some editing, should be all good now. Micro (Talk) 22:57, 19 October 2020 (UTC)
- Thank you. Restoring tick per Corachow's review. Yoninah (talk) 19:37, 20 October 2020 (UTC)
