Add Roosevelt, delete Swastikas

Allow me to suggest that the two swastika armbands give a false image of how these armbands were worn, ie not two on top of each other. The whole picture seems not to be typical for the subject (you might look at who added them, I wouldn’t know how. To me "it smells", but as German I might be too sensitive). You shoud show armbands in use. On the other side there are numerous pictures of, for example, Roosevelt wearing a black armband in mourning for his mother (†1941). Add one of these, to show an example of usage. Perhaus you can get this: Franklin Roosevelt, wearing a black mourning armband, holds in his hands the joint Congressional declarations of war against Germany and Italy in December, 1941.
