Famous alumni

[edit]

An editor attempted to add a famous alum. The alum in question wasn't famous so I summarily removed it as likely vandalism. In general, if an alum graduated from a school with its own Wikipedia page, such as Arlington High School, the famous alum should be listed there. Otherwise, consider creating new section "Notable Alumni." And remember folks, citations aren't just for traffic tickets. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs)/(e-mail) 20:40, 25 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed merger from Bailey Junior High

[edit]

In accordance with WP:WPSCHOOLS/AG#N, middle schools should be merged into the district page unless there is significant coverage in reliable sources. Bailey Junior High is almost an orphan page that I only found through the Arlington ISD category link. It is only linked to from the Arlington High School page. Though there has been some work in describing the school like its colors, newspaper, and yearbook, this can be easily incorporated in the main district page with a short paragraph. The Jacobin (talk) 16:17, 17 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
