Fair use rationale for Image:Al Masry.gif

[edit]

Image:Al Masry.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Merger proposal

[edit]

I propose that Sayed Metwally Complex be merged into Al-Masry SC. The content in the Sayed Metwally Complex article can easily be added to the Al-Masry SC article as a new section, and the Sayed Metwally Complex article is fairly short and all relevant to the Al-Masry SC article. There's also very little information that I can find to expand the Sayed Metwally Complex article beyond its current size Boopitydoopityboop (talk) 03:42, 5 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I agree with you; i don't think that it's necessary for it to have an article, but i suggest that you should take this proposed merge and post it here: WP:PM. Ben5218 (talk) 22:26, 5 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Done. Boopitydoopityboop (talk) 05:42, 15 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Nothing about the port said riot?!

[edit]

Any reason why not? Stev17 (talk) 06:12, 9 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Why there would be? We already have an article about it (Port Said Stadium riot) which is enough in my opinion. There is no need to mention that on the club article since they have nothing to do with it. Ben5218 (talk) 17:18, 12 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
This needs to be in the article, no reason for it not to be. Massive moment in this clubs history. Added now 2A00:23C4:21B:5601:2C50:4B6B:8033:E2E5 (talk) 12:10, 9 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
