  • 19:2519:25, 14 September 2019 diff hist +50 Volkswagen ID.3I see nowhere in the link that says that the 58kWh version has 125kW, just that the ID.3 will be up to 125kW. Contrarily, I see another page which directly states that the 58kWh version will have "100kW performance". Which would be logical if the 77kWh were 125kW.

  • 19:1619:16, 14 September 2019 diff hist +36 Volkswagen ID.3If you're going to do this, then don't omit that VW's actual wording is "Up to X " range. This "up to" game is ridiculous; many manufacturers do this, and it's always just the "low" portion of the WLTP cycle.
  • 14:0414:04, 14 September 2019 diff hist +468 Volkswagen ID.3You "are convinced" wrong. Adding another reference. And just use some common sense - look at the battery size and the basic CUV shape and vehicle size, and compare to other EVs. WLTP has four separate cycles. They're quoting the highest and lowest of them.
  • 00:2400:24, 14 September 2019 diff hist −612 Volkswagen ID.3Volkswagen is playing the "Up to" game (WLTP is made of five cycles - normally reported combined, but increasingly, "lowest to highest", or worse, just "up to highest"). Fixing. Don't even need to change the URL - the fine print on that page contains the full story.
