Mohammadyar District (Persian: بخش محمدیار) is in Naqadeh County, West Azerbaijan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Mohammadyar.[3]

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the district's population was 21,744 in 4,881 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 21,318 people in 5,961 households.[5] The 2016 census measured the population of the district as 21,147 inhabitants in 6,123 households.[2]
