Fievel's Playland was a children’s playground themed to An American Tail and its sequel, An American Tail: Fievel Goes West. The playground was located at both Universal Studios Florida and Universal Studios Hollywood, the playground was built and opened in Hollywood in 1989 along with An American Tail Theatre, and was built and opened in Florida in 1992 right Nextdoor to E.T. Adventure, the playground was filled with various oversized props to make you feel like you’re the size of a mouse. The playground also includes a large cowboy hat, a spider web kids can climb on, a large Graphophone, and a 200-foot water slide. It was originally added to Expo Center in 1992, but became part of Woody Woodpecker's KidZone in 1999, when Expo Center was separated from that part and Expo Center was renamed into World Expo. Universal Studios Hollywood closed the attraction permanently, alongside An American Tail Theatre in 1997 and replaced it with T2-3D: Battle Across Time on May 6, 1999, while Universal Studios Florida closed the attraction permanently on January 16, 2023, alongside Curious George Goes to Town, DreamWorks Destination, Woody Woodpecker's Nuthouse Coaster and Shrek and Donkey's Meet and Greet, with its last day of operation on January 15. As part of the new DreamWorks Land that opened on June 14, 2024, it was completely replaced with a new play area, Shrek's Swamp For Little Ogres, based on the Shrek franchise.

Fievel's Water Slide

Fievel’s Water Slide was located in the Florida version of the play area, it was a 200-foot water slide where you board a raft and twist and turn on the slide, and a sign at the entrance of the water slide warns you that you will get wet britches while riding it.

Soundtrack

Fievel’s Playland has a completely custom made soundtrack with upbeat carnival-like renditions of the soundtrack from the first and second An American Tail films, as well as vocals from Fievel and his friends and family, most of the vocals were borrowed from An American Tail Theatre, while some where recorded for this, such as a line where Papa says "Fievel, Fievel my son, where are you?" and Fievel responds "Wow, my very own play land!"
