The Apostolic Vicariate of Benghazi (Latin: Vicariatus Apostolicus Berenicensis) is a Latin Church ecclesiastical territory or apostolic vicariate of the Catholic Church in Libya.

It is immediately exempt to the Holy See and not part of any ecclesiastical province. Its cathedral, Benghazi Cathedral, is in the city of Benghazi.
