Gaël Monfils defeated Pavel Kotov in the final, 4–6, 7–6(8–6), 6–3 to win the singles tennis title at the 2023 Stockholm Open. It was his twelfth career ATP Tour singles title.

Holger Rune was the defending champion,[1] but lost to Miomir Kecmanović in the second round.
