  1. ^ Vukčević was born in Osijek, Yugoslavia (now Croatia), but also qualifies to represent Germany internationally and has represented them at U-19, U-20 and U-21 level.
  2. ^ Williams was born in Karlsruhe, West Germany (now Germany), and represented them at U-15 level, but also qualifies to represent the United States internationally through his father and made his international debut for the United States in October 2011.
