The 2009 Tashkent Open was a women's tennis tournament played on outdoor hard courts. It was the 11th edition of the Tashkent Open, and was part of the WTA International tournaments of the 2009 WTA Tour. It was held at the Olympic Tennis School in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, from 21 September through 27 September 2009. Second-seeded Shahar Pe'er won the singles title.[1]
