Artipe eryx is a species of butterfly belonging to the lycaenid family described by Carl Linnaeus in 1771. It is found in the Indomalayan realm (North India, Burma, China, Indochina,Peninsular Malaya, Taiwan, Borneo, Sulawesi, Japan). [2]
