I have added the pictures of hundreds of people to Wikipedia; do I have a connection to all of them!? Sometimes I try to access copyright-free pictures of the subjects for whom I created a page through emailing them. Delete Fails notability. specially that part about being a member of Iran canoeing team. he was just a member but never won anything major. the page creator claims he won a medal at the Asian Canoeing Championship and provides a source for that. but that's not correct. the source says it was the Central/West Asian Championship not the main Asian Canoeing Championships. Delete - I see a concerted effort by the subject to try to create publicity for himself, but little or none of it meets our standards.
