Hey I was going to add the proper report now the SPI case should have not been put open which was what I did wrong, i read the SPI instructions on how to add the reports but It said not to add SPI case open which is what I did wrong. I did not remove your warnings because I wanted to the last user was replying to my page and it was disruptive so I had to remove the warning from my talk page altogether. @Jpgordon Can you please explain to @Bbb23 that this was not intentional and I added the right report and that it was not malformed. Thank You. Cookiemonster1618 (talk) 16:13, 25 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I do not understand what you're saying - makes no sense. In any event, the report was malformed. I really don't think you're a judge of what constitutes a "proper report". Apparently, you are incompetent at following instructions at noticeboards.--Bbb23 (talk) 16:18, 25 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
The mistake i did was add SPI open and add the 'comments go under here'. A day or two ago I was going over the instructions at SPI on how to add reports under existing cases for sockpuppets. I was happy that I understood the instructions and wanted to add a report now that I thought was confident in doing. I guess I should have taken more time to practice on how to do it. I'm sorry if it turned out that I ignored your warnings and did not listen that was not my intention at all, I had to remove your last warning on my talk page because @148.252.144.47 was disrupting my talk page by adding comments and removing it and my phone kept glitching and when you replied later the next morning I came to reply to you but it would not let me so I had to remove your warning from my talk page but I went over your warnings and went to SPI instructions to read over carefully on how to add reports at SPI. If you would have given me more time right now I could have added the proper report, but my intention was not to disrupt the SPI. I'm sorry. Request reason:

Hey I'm sorry if it seems that I was not listening to your instructions or unwilling to follow them. My intention was to add the report properly, I went over every detail of the instructions at SPI on how to add a report to an existing SPI case, and practiced over it. I had 2 mistakes that shouldn't have not been added which was the 'SPI case open' and the 'Comments go under here' as there were no existing comments at that sockpuppet investigation page. I know it seems that I am not willing to follow your instructions but I went over them and your warnings and tried to follow them, I guess I should have just taken more time to practice or wait from a response from the administrator I was actually excited and happy to add the report because I thought I was ready now. Anyways I like to apologize if i disrupted the SPI, that was not my intention at all.

Accept reason:

Per the condition agreed to by the user. Bbb23 (talk) 21:57, 25 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

(edit conflict) The mistake you made was adding a report by editing the case directly rather than following the instructions at SPI. I've already explained this to you, but it's obviously not getting through. I'll spell it out even more than I did before: at SPI part way down the page there is a box labeled "How to open an investigation:". Click on "show" and follow the instructions. You are now editing the SPI but through a form that ensures (unless you really work hard to mess it up) that the report is properly structured. Do you understand what I've just said? BTW, you remove warnings all the time from your Talk page and you do not archive. Not against the rules, but not a good practice.--Bbb23 (talk) 16:47, 25 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Oh ok thanks. I actually get it now because at the SPI instructions there is a button you can click on where you can find the exisiting SPI case for the user you would like to add the report to. I should have done it their and edit to add my case their rather than add it at the actual SPI investigation. I'm sorry, i completely understand now and this makes total sense now. Cookiemonster1618 (talk) 16:54, 25 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
So I went over it again for practice and I am now ready and know how to add a case to an existing SPI investigation :). Cookiemonster1618 (talk) 17:28, 25 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
So I went over it again for practice. You're blocked; how did you do that?--Bbb23 (talk) 18:59, 25 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
No I haven't added any case yet, I just went to the SPI and than went to follow Instructions and entered the existing sockpuppet investigation like 'Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Samirlalas' than it took me to the page where i enter my case along with suspected sockpuppet accounts but I couldn't do that because I'm blocked. Anyways I'm sorry for disrupting the SPI investigations I now know how to add existing cases and not to add reports at the SPI pages but to do it at the instructions page under the follow instructions tab. I didnt add any case I just went to SPI instructions and was able to understand how to do it but didn't make one yet since I'm blocked. Cookiemonster1618 (talk) 19:06, 25 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
