Clackers can explode and cause injury, lawn darts are potentially deadly, so absolutely irresponsible to play with, and JUUL e-cigarettes produce carbon monoxide, thus harming others. One doesn't need to follow the appeal to law fallacy to recognise this, so presenting these as examples is simply disingenuous. undo
