The team is now the Brampton Steelheads and no articles directly related to the now-former team including their championship win does not exist. Redudant and outdated navbox. WikiCleanerMan (talk) 17:07, 10 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Delete. Since there are no unique links to the team, even if was still used, it should have been deleted. Gonnym (talk) 12:26, 22 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Unused and is just a list of teams and drivers. This information is easily found on the main article. It's not like other sport competition templates that would list winners as in players of a team. Not sure what can be gained from this. Same could go for other racing team templates. WikiCleanerMan (talk) 16:49, 10 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Delete. Almost 2 weeks since this nomination and it hasn't been used or commented on. Seems whatever usage this had is no longer wanted. Gonnym (talk) 12:25, 22 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

No transclusions, documentation, categories, or incoming links. Created very recently, but this navbox has no main article and no blue links in the body, so I don't think there is much hope for it. It's just a wrapper for {{Europe topic}}, which is often used directly in articles. – Jonesey95 (talk) 20:32, 17 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

No links in this template disambiguation has any links related to the name of the template "MAL". Instead, its for countries that have the same three letters at the start of their name. WikiCleanerMan (talk) 01:47, 10 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep as useful and helpful. This is what disambiguation pages are for. Someone logically types "MAL" as a country abbreviation for one of these countries, and they are directed to this disambiguation page, which helps them find the right template. Without it, they have to hunt around. – Jonesey95 (talk) 19:14, 10 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Side note, if you were wondering, the accidental deletion of {{Blockquote}} came as a result of XFDCloser here. Did not expect a "delete" result to take the merge target with it.   Facepalm plicit 14:21, 24 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Propose merging Template:QuoteAText with Template:Blockquote.
Redundant template, only used on its author's userpage. We could userify it, or redirect it to {{Blockquote}}. Est. 2021 (talk · contribs) 04:55, 17 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Delete, no userify, no redirect. There are enough ways to quote a piece of text (see Template:Quotation templates). Gonnym (talk) 09:55, 17 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Comment: If kept per Frietjes, then convert to a full citation template and not leave it in this mixed-state. Gonnym (talk) 12:19, 3 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep, it's mainly used in reference footnotes and has now been converted to a standard citation template.[1] This should probably be replaced with whatever current online database makes the most sense in the future. There are also older gazeteers available online that could be used if nothing better is available online like: Gazetteer of Iran (2nd ed.). Washington, DC: Defense Mapping Agency. November 1983. Deleting the template would amount to deleting several thousand citations. Rjjiii (talk) 15:36, 21 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
