Delete, although Rogers' work does seem to sell (a gsearch does bring up quite a few commercial sale/gallery sites selling his works), have been unable to find anything that contributes to wikinotableness ie. nothing that meets WP:NARTIST (where are the wikinotable galleries holding his works?) or indeed WP:GNG.
