Oblivion
editAh, I didn't see that it was mentioned in the magicka section, thanks for seeing it and fixing it! --mboverload@ 20:06, 3 July 2006 (UTC)

What is the status of this? —Centrx→talk • 00:25, 23 July 2006 (UTC)
- I don't know, I didn't create it, I just commented. But I think all of the links have been removed and the user deleted, as far as I can tell. --The Yar 21:41, 25 July 2006 (UTC)
As far as copying something to wikibooks I suggest reading the guidelines here. As to making a article more encyclopedic well:

- Thanks for the tips. I'm going to remove the suggestion for now until there's a better consensus on that article's talk page. Maybe I'll add an image to the article to make it more polished. --The Yar 14:11, 2 August 2006 (UTC)
- Glad you like the pic -- I wish I could have got the drink itself to sparkle, say, the way they always do in advertisements, but I'm sure there are professional tricks to doing that. Like shining a laser beam through it, or using Coke instead of a real drink, hehe.... Hayford Peirce 00:33, 8 August 2006 (UTC)
- Well, glad you think it's OK -- and, yes, I think the ingredients add perspective. Otherwise, it could just be a glass full of Coca Cola.... Hayford Peirce 20:00, 15 August 2006 (UTC)

Martini
editCheck out the new image of a martini I just put in the martini (cocktail) article -- wish I could have made the Manhattan glass look as vibrant. Maybe I can fiddle around with it with software.... Hayford Peirce 05:18, 22 September 2006 (UTC)
- I used exactly the same background for the two pix (a big piece of white stock). However, I enhanced the colors of the martini pic far more dramatically -- maybe I can try the same settings on the manhattan pic and see what happens. If I can improve it, I will upload the revised pic -- and the martini in the pic tasted pretty good when I drank it afterwards! Although I far prefer a manhattan.... Naming/content of Role-playing game
editHi, I see from your previous posts that you have an interest in the naming/content of Role-playing game. That article currently describes tabletop roleplaying games, with other forms of roleplaying such as video RPGs and LARP described as a variety of tabletop game. Based on the comments on the talk page, it seems that many users are surprised to find that the article Role-playing game is about tabletop role-playing games.
I have made a proposal that in order to meet the WP:NAME policy that article should describe all activities commonly described as role-playing games on an equal footing, and that a new article Tabletop role-playing game should be created to describe tabletop roleplaying games. If you have the time I'd be grateful if you could give your opinion on my proposal at Talk:Role-playing game. Ryan Paddy (talk) 23:24, 8 December 2009 (UTC)
