Stats update
editHi Saintandy7. Just wanted to congratulate you on the great job you do with updating stats after a footballing day. Keep it up! The Rambling Man (talk) 20:28, 25 April 2011 (UTC)
Hi Saintandy7, you keep updating the Crystal Palace manager Dougie Freedman's stats incorrectly. He was appointed on the 1st January AFTER the defeat to Millwall. Having checked through the results his record as of the 27th August 2011 is 29 games, 10 wins, 9 draws and 10 losses. You keep changing it to 11 losses and 30 games managed, which having checked through the results is incorrect. The 3-0 defeat to Millwall was not whilst he was manager and it was shortly after that game Freedman was appointed as manager. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 188.221.117.196 (talk) 17:45, 28 August 2011 (UTC)
Hey Andy, ESPN stated that Arsene Wenger now has 700 wins as an arsenal coach, which is incorrect on the page. Please correct this ASAP. Kenle2jeune (talk) 02:23, 11 December 2017 (UTC)
Graham Westley
editHi. Just to let you know that you keep changing Graham Westley's managerial statistics incorrectly. I have looked at every one of the games Westley has managed Stevenage in, and it all adds up to the statistics I have in place. This is backed up with several references. I'm sure the sources you're using won't have included fixtures in the Conference League Cup etc. I have no issue with you updating the statistics after each game, but please do not keep changing them incorrectly as you have done on three separate occasions. Thanks. SBFCEdit (talk) 06:47, 10 August 2011 (UTC)
- Great work on updating the profile after each game, well done! SBFCEdit (talk) 02:28, 4 September 2011 (UTC)

Steve Kean
editAs per your edits in the Graham Westley page. Can you stop including Carling Cup and FA Cup results in the Steve Kean stats. The stats currently on the page are all Barclays Premier League results under Kean. Carling Cup and FA Cup stats are not included in player pages and as with Graham Westley's page, should not be included in this managers stats. So would you please refrain from editing. Thankyou.RoverTheBendInSussex (talk) 22:30, 24 September 2011 (GMT)
Same goes for Oscar Garcia, stats should be domestic league only. Fork me (talk) 13:28, 25 August 2013 (UTC)
Stats
editHi, good work with updating managers' stats. But I'd like to ask if you would mind adding/refraining from removing full stops from the "as of" dates? Cheers, Mattythewhite (talk) 22:04, 20 December 2011 (UTC)
Managerial statistics
editHi, just a quick request. When updating managerial statistics tables, would you mind keeping the number of decimals consistent? For example, in this edit you twice added one extra decimal, when all the other entries used just the one. Cheers, Mattythewhite (talk) 22:57, 1 September 2012 (UTC)
- Quick reminder on this after extra decimals were added again today. Cheers, Mattythewhite (talk) 21:58, 8 September 2012 (UTC)
- Please keep this in mind. Cheers, Mattythewhite (talk) 17:09, 9 October 2013 (UTC)
Opting in to VisualEditor
editAs you may know, VisualEditor ("Edit beta") is currently available on the English Wikipedia only for registered editors who choose to enable it. Since you have made 100 or more edits with VisualEditor this year, I want to make sure that you know that you can enable VisualEditor (if you haven't already done so) by going to your preferences and choosing the item, "MediaWiki:Visualeditor-preference-enable
". This will give you the option of using VisualEditor on articles and userpages when you want to, and give you the opportunity to spot changes in the interface and suggest improvements. We value your feedback, whether positive or negative, about using VisualEditor, at Wikipedia:VisualEditor/Feedback. Thank you, Whatamidoing (WMF) (talk) 18:28, 11 October 2013 (UTC)
Possible vandalism on Dean Saunders
editHello Saintandy7. An IP user who has repeatedly been warned about vandalism edited the Dean Saunders page, but I don't have enough subject knowledge to know if the edit was vandalism, or a good faith effort that simply lacks citations. I'd appreciate your take on the edit since you were the last editor to modify that page prior to this edit. If the edit was vandalism or otherwise inaccurate, please feel free to revert it. Also, if it was vandalism, a new (higher level) warning needs to be placed on the IP user's talk page. If you have any questions, feel free to ask on my talk page. - (update) I see that the material in question was subsequently removed by a different IP user, and that you and others have edited the page since then, so the preceding message can be ignored. Etamni | ✉ | ✓ 21:15, 6 September 2015 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Hi, when updating the managerial stats at Steve Davis (footballer, born 1965), I see you only updated the date and not the stats. I believe you've done this to keep the figures in line with those on Davis' Soccerbase profile. However, they have omitted Davis' first match in charge, as they have his start date as 14 November 2011, when he actually took charge on 10 November 2011. I have already supplied references in the table to support this. Thanks, Mattythewhite (talk) 01:19, 17 January 2016 (UTC)
- Please note, Adam Murray is a similar case; Soccerbase have omitted his first three matches in charge as they have an incorrect start date. Mattythewhite (talk) 01:35, 17 January 2016 (UTC)

editHello, I'm Mattythewhite. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Nigel Clough, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. I don't know how to fix the statistics. But i only counted 27 games (23 leagues + 2 cups + 2 internationals) for the coach, not 28, may i have the source from external site to update it? Matthew_hk tc 14:41, 12 May 2017 (UTC)

Hi, I see you attributed today’s match against Crawley to Kewells statistics, but the caretaker managers chose the team and were fully in charge of the match, so am not sure if it should be attributed to Kewell. On Notts County F.C. I attributed this match to the caretakers. So not sure who is right. Regards --palmiped | Talk 18:45, 1 September 2018 (UTC)
Thanks User_talk: palmiped, I was unsure as to whether he took charge of the game considering he was only appointed yesterday. However, if you say that the caretaker picked the team and took charge, then it should go down as the caretaker's game and not Harry's.

editHello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.
When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:
Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)
Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.
Edit summary content is visible in:
Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. You can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Thanks! Mattythewhite (talk) 22:17, 9 February 2019 (UTC)

editPlease refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Manuel Pellegrini. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively, you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant noticeboards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. editHello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. To help yourself remember, you may wish to check the "prompt me when entering a blank edit summary" box in your preferences. Thanks! Mattythewhite (talk) 22:41, 27 August 2022 (UTC)

editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Kingston University, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page MDA.
