Proposed deletion of Aleix Febas

edit

The article Aleix Febas has been proposed for deletion. The proposed deletion notice added to the article should explain why.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Please read WP:TOOSOON, he did not play a single minute in Segunda División yet. MYS77 19:06, 30 July 2017 (UTC)Reply

English football summer transfers

edit

In the English system, contracts end on 30 June (so players leave clubs on that date) and begin on 1 July (so players join new clubs on that date). Please wait until those dates before editing. GiantSnowman 19:50, 22 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

Career stats tables

edit

Hi there. Thanks for adding the career statistics table at Jacob Mulenga. Going forward, please use the standard table layout as outlined at Wikipedia:WikiProject Football/Players. It is the result of past discussions of the community of football editors at Wikipedia:WikiProject Football. Specifically:

  • The sub-heading should be "Club" not "Club statistics".
  • The table should be titled "Appearances and goals by club, season and competition".
  • The "c" in "National cup" and "League cup" should be lower case.
  • Clubs or leagues shouldn't be linked more than once per MOS:OVERLINK.

I've fixed the issues at Jacob Mulenga in this change.

Transfermarkt is not considered reliable so please don't use it as a reference. See WP:WPFLINKSNO. I've replaced it by worldfootball.net. Kind regards, Robby.is.on (talk) 09:36, 23 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hi Jon, thanks for adding the table at Vincent Manceau. Looks great! I had to correct just one minor thing: #3 from above: "* The "c" in "National cup" and "League cup" should be lower case." You'll find that this is an issue on many pages; because the change is relatively new, it hasn't been applied everywhere yet. Kind regards, Robby.is.on (talk) 15:17, 21 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for the update! I was wondering about that, I'd seen it both ways and wasn't sure. Jondiaz1017 (talk) 18:52, 21 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Jorge Rojas (Paraguayan footballer), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Sol de América. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
