My name is Kim Siever, and I live in Lethbridge, Alberta. I grew up in Regina, Saskatchewan, where I lived from when I was 4. My family moved to the Vancouver area shortly before I turned 16. I moved to Lethbridge in 1998. I have been married for 27 years and have 6 children. In 2001, I ran for a seat on the Lethbridge City Council, and finished with nearly 1,000 votes. Twenty years later, I ran for a seat in the House of Commons, and got the 9th highest number of votes of any independent candidate running in that election.
