Hello yinz! I've been a Wikipedian since 2007, with very sporadic periods of activity since then. I started editing in earnest again in 2020: one of the few positive aspects of the COVID-19 pandemic. I am a Portuguese-American and Azorean-American native of Boston, Massachusetts. I am a licensed architect in Massachusetts. I graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, and lived in that wonderful city—which I consider my second hometown—for five years. I also lived five-ish months in Copenhagen, Denmark, while studying abroad. I love reading and traveling.

My interests are varied: that's probably why I'm an architect. In terms of Wikipedia contributions, I'm particularly interested in architecture, architectural history, Massachusetts history, New England history, translations to and from Portuguese and other Romance languages, any Azores-related topics, the timeline of spaceflight, and the French space program, plus the incredibly fascinating internal maintenance work of short descriptions and redirects. I'm open to editing projects and collaborations. Drop me a line on my talk page anytime!

I'm active on Portuguese Wikipedia under this same username.
