Propsed merge from prejudgment writ of attachment.
editA prejudgment writ of attachment is just one kind of writ of attachment. It hardly requires a second article, and the encyclopedia doesn't need two perpetual stubs at these titles. BD2412 T 06:00, 7 June 2022 (UTC)

- @BD2412: Is there any reason not to merge writ of attachment into attachment (law) as well? SilverLocust 💬 22:30, 22 June 2024 (UTC)
- @SilverLocust: My one concern would be that there are two potentially equally valid merge targets, the other being Writ. On the other hand, this already being separate from both, I suppose there could be no harm in choosing one, and Attachment (law) is the one that is mechanically connected (this is part of the process) rather than typologically connected (this is one type of the thing). Go ahead and boldly do it. BD2412 T 22:56, 22 June 2024 (UTC)
