What should the title of this article be?
editProblem is, there are three possibilities:
- Bass River Light, its historical name.
- Lighthouse Inn, the name of the business that now owns it.
- West Dennis Light, the current official USCG Light List name.
At the moment it's under #2, with a redirect from #1 but not #3.
Since the business entity does not meet Wikipedia standards for notability and the article is about the lighthouse, not the business, it seems to me that it should be titled either "Bass River Light" or "West Dennis Light".
Since there are two Bass Rivers in Massachusetts and it's not actually on either of them (it's more than a mile east of the entrance), I'm inclined to use "West Dennis Light", with redirects and mentions of all three names in the article. Thoughts? Jameslwoodward (talk) 14:27, 2 August 2009 (UTC)
- I would go with #3 and making the others redirect to it.
