The article currently indicates 7-digit numbers used within South Sudan and 10-digit numbers used when calling from the outside. It also says this is the "Sudan system", but Telephone numbers in Sudan indicate that 9-digit numbers are used in Sudan (and, as one would logically expect, the same number of digits from inside and outside the country!)
