what is savior sibling?
editThe definition for savior sibling doesn't contain any citation, which is important in this case, because savior sibling is a stem cell/bone marrow donor (via umbilical cord) rather than organ donor. I couldn't find such organ donated cases anywhere; I consider that the word organ //is a child who is born to provide an organ// need to be removed or proper citation should be given.--Dr.S.Senthivelraj 21:06, 29 December 2010 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Drsrisenthil (talk • contribs)
History
editThe information was provided here without any citation; the following news website and educational website indicate that the first treatment was done in 2000. Adam Nash is savior and Molly Nash is the child who was saved.

Spelling
editThe spelling of "savior" ought to be used, since this is an international concept, not purely the USA.Royalcourtier (talk) 23:22, 14 March 2015 (UTC)
