Number of carry permits

This article is wrong. There are currently 0 handgun carry permits issued to private citizens. Linked is the annual attorney general report from 2017 that verifies that On page Nine. https://ag.hawaii.gov/cpja/files/2018/05/Firearm-Registrations-in-Hawaii-2017.pdf
