Expansion
editI'm starting an expansion of this article, to try an move to a GA, and later to a FA. I'll be using the Bluebook citation style, per WP:MOSLAW. In addition, there will be times where the structure of the article will be a little unusual as I move it to comply with MOS requirements. I am aware of article requirements, and will comply with them. GregJackP Boomer! 04:28, 27 December 2012 (UTC)
