Lawrence J. Sullivan (born January 22, 1966) is an American priest of the Catholic Church who was appointed as auxiliary bishop for the Archdiocese of Chicago in 2024.

Early life
editSullivan was born on January 22, 1966, in Chicago. He attended Niles College Seminary, followed by Mundelein Seminary. Sullivan was ordained to the priesthood for the Archdiocese of Chicago on May 23, 1992.[1]
Episcopacy
editPope Francis appointed Sullivan auxiliary bishop for the Archdiocese of Chicago, assigning him the titular see of Lamfua on December 20, 2024.[1][2][3] Sullivan is scheduled to be consecrated as a bishop in early 2025.[4]
