English: Zhang Wentian 1931年，张闻天从莫斯科秘密回国。由于受到共产国际的重用而被迅速推上了中央的领导岗位，先后任中央宣传部部长、临时中央政治局委员、中央政治局常委、书记处书记、中华苏维埃共和国人民委员会主席。 1935年遵义会议召开，毛泽东被选为中央政治局常委，张闻天被推举为党的总书记。

(For the People's Republic of China, the URAA took effect on January 1, 1996. For the Republic of China (ROC), the URAA took effect on January 1, 2002.[1])
